Dudley’s Cottage Precinct

Comprising of the two original historically listed Butler’s and Dudley’s Cottages. This group of buildings now houses multiple office spaces as well as retail and the very popular Dishery Restaurant. Great care was taken to ensure the new buildings blended seamlessly into the existing hillside and their adjoining historic neighbours. During the build strengthening and restorative works were undertaken to the cottages. The new extension to Butler’s cottage even has a cantilevered concrete floor so as not to damage the roots of the protected spruce tree next to the building.
